Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years IT infrastructure/operations experience with 2+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networks, servers, storage, backups, and monitoring.
• IAM, directory services, and Microsoft 365 experience.
• Cybersecurity practices including patching, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing/warehouse environments.
• IT service management, disaster recovery, budgets, and projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• English and Spanish professional proficiency.
• Willingness to travel 15-25%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure across all Jonathan Louis locations.
• Lead admin of networks, servers, virtualization, cloud, storage, databases, identity services, and site connectivity.
• Manage backup/recovery and Disaster Recovery with documented objectives and testing.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and proactive issue resolution.
• Implement and maintain security controls, patching, monitoring, and access controls.
• Oversee service delivery and help desk across sites, including on-call escalation.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and cost effectiveness.
• Lead infrastructure projects and change-management processes.
• Develop budgets and lifecycle planning.
