Job summary

Jereh North America Group in Houston seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Houston facility. You will oversee receiving, staging, storage, and shipment preparation and manage forklift operations and ERP/WMS transactions.

This on-site role requires staying on the floor and in the yard, ensuring inventory accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement in material flow and warehouse layout to support field service, production, and aftermarket needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years hands-on warehouse experience.
Experience leading warehouse personnel and workflow.
Hands-on forklift experience in industrial environments.
Experience with inventory and warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, unloading, put-away, picking, staging, packing, loading, shipment prep).
Assign priorities based on receiving, shipping, production, aftermarket and field service.
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, physical inventory, and ERP/WMS transactions.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and support audits.
Operate large/heavy-capacity forklifts and material-handling equipment.
Ensure safety and organize warehouse/yard spaces; support field/service needs.
