Job summary

JUSDA Supply Chain North America seeks a Warehouse Operations Director to drive improvement, efficiency and standardization across our operational processes. You will partner with business development/sales and the operations team to ensure smooth handoffs and flawless field execution.

In growth mode you will measure site productivity, refine VAS processes for rapid onboarding, and serve as a business analyst driving data-informed decisions. Travel 25–30% to client sites and hubs as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operational roles.
• Proven ability to drive productivity and data-driven improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationship management with client teams and internal stakeholders.
• Develop training and strategic thought leadership for operations staff.
• Communicate savings, cost avoidance and value to clients.
• Drive continuous process improvements and business analytics.
• Develop project charters and implement PM procedures.
• Lead and source resources; apply ISO9001 best practices.
