Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice in a TurboTax location. You will own client engagements, coordinate with a specialist network, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios.

This role emphasizes community outreach, local growth, and delivering a top-tier customer experience while collaborating with marketing tools and learning opportunities within Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws desired.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and drive referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage in local events and marketing activities to raise TurboTax awareness.
