Qualifications

• Active PTIN and professional tax credentials preferred.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite role with standard training and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for full service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance.
