Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem, and help grow the local client base through events and partnerships.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions, while delivering a superior customer experience and building trust within the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training.
• Onsite role 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours weekly; uniforms may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax tools.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to serve clients end-to-end.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure accuracy of tax solutions.
• Engage customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools, maintaining professional standards.
