Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice onsite. You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, delivering end‑to‑end solutions and a seamless customer experience.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grassroots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
