Job summary

Intuit is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite and serve clients with tax preparation, planning, and software support. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to address personal and business needs while growing a local client base in your community.

You will be the trusted guide for clients, connecting them with Intuit ecosystem solutions and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
