Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while building a local client base and collaborating with a team of tax professionals.

This role emphasizes full-service tax services, community outreach, and leveraging Intuit resources to deliver a seamless, year-round client experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and advisory services.
