Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Retail Expert to support customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will deliver tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local relationships and assisting clients with planning for future needs.

The role emphasizes community engagement, hands-on tax expertise, and delivering a trusted, friendly customer experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience.
• Experience with tax planning and deductions optimization.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, including Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and build community presence.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, convert to clients.
• Lead local marketing initiatives to make taxes approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for customers.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions and plan for future tax needs.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
