Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, delivering full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support. You will engage with customers in-person and help grow the client base through local community efforts and marketing support.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, client relationship building, and a front-facing retail presence in a dynamic team environment.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Use government sites, professional tools, and team expertise for accurate tax solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Grow the local client base and participate in local marketing with TurboTax support.
