Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem.

You will engage with local clients, build relationships, and drive growth through community outreach and marketing tools, delivering end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with global Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
