Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end services and build a local client base.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, offering planning, advisory services, and cross‑selling Intuit products while growing your presence in the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, business advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local/social presence for TurboTax.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Bridge tax engagements with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Build lasting client relationships and trust through personalized service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
