Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide tax preparation services, offer expert tax advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You will also act as a local community ambassador, grow the client base, and connect clients to complementary services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and appear in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and engage with events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term trusted relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with tax specialists to ensure end-to-end client service.
