Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will build local client relationships, offer holistic tax guidance, and connect clients with Intuit services for year-round support. You will work closely with a team of tax professionals, participate in community outreach, and help grow TurboTax’s presence in your local market.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business tax situations.
• Act as a local ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional communication and problem solving.
