Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated, year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice while building a local client base and partnering with Intuit’s ecosystem to deliver end-to-end services.

The role emphasizes in-person and virtual client support, a strong customer experience, and opportunities to expand services like bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location (20+ hrs/week).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless end-to-end service.
