Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, serving in-person customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support. You will help grow the customer base through local initiatives and provide a best-in-class experience.

This role requires on-site availability, tax licensing, and a customer-focused mindset to empower clients toward positive financial outcomes within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses/certificates as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions, identify deductions, and provide tax planning guidance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster long-term client relationships.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax's presence and client base.
