Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and building community trust. As a front-facing TurboTax Expert, you’ll join a collaborative team and leverage Intuit’s resources to foster long-term relationships, drive client loyalty, and contribute to a thriving local

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling a range of tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and a focus on helping clients achieve financial goals.
