Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to in-person customers, leveraging TurboTax software to support clients and grow your local business. You will engage with the community, build relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while promoting Intuit’s mission.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license (EA, CPA, or attorney).
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Experience with tax preparation software; knowledge of Circular 230.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in front-facing retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and tax advice for retail customers.
• Engage with local community and grow TurboTax client base.
• Deliver in-person support using TurboTax software and resources.
• Assist with marketing and customer loyalty initiatives.
