Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, helping them navigate complex tax needs.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base through local outreach and excellent service, wearing the TurboTax uniform and supporting a positive customer experience in a friendly community setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist in local marketing and outreach efforts to grow the client base.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer service and support marketing initiatives.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location and leverage TurboTax tools.
