Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts, working on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers using TurboTax products, building long-term relationships in the local community. You will engage prospects, drive local marketing, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing TurboTax with professionalism and knowledge.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites and professional tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationship building.
