Job summary

Intuit is seeking self-motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. The role involves on-site, in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for customers, with a focus on building local client relationships and driving loyalty.

You will work in a front-facing retail environment, representing TurboTax in the community and leveraging marketing support to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• 1
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice using TurboTax products.
• Assist clients with tax calculations, deductions, and software support.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term trust with clients.
• Utilize TurboTax tools and CRM to deliver personalized tax solutions.
