Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes. As part of a local community-focused team, you will grow the client base, deliver personalized tax guidance, and participate in in-person engagements and events.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must hold PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship locations.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build local relationships.
• Lead local marketing efforts and attract new clients.
• Assist customers using TurboTax products and CRM tools.
