Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will assist customers with tax preparation, provide tax advice, and help customers navigate TurboTax products while representing the brand in the local community. The role emphasizes growing the client base, creating lasting relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must hold a PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ returns).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax prep and advice for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
