Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, while developing local client relationships and contributing to the community’s prosperity.

You will represent TurboTax, engage with prospects, and leverage company resources to build a thriving practice within your community,

Qualifications

• Active professional tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) with tax filing experience.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Ability to work onsite 20+ hours/week in a TurboTax retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation and advisory services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement and outreach.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Leverage marketing resources and TurboTax tools to support clients and drive loyalty.
