Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in person, grow the local client base, and represent TurboTax in the community.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license is preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax location (weekends included).
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and operate in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and empathy.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and expand local client base.
• Represent TurboTax in community marketing and outreach efforts.

Conocimientos

Active EA/CPA or attorney license

PTIN holder

Onsite retail experience

Bilingual English/Spanish (plus)

Strong tax preparation experience

Excellent customer service
