Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and achieve financial goals.

You will work on-site serving in-person customers, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building long-term relationships in the local community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN registration active and in good standing.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in a retail environment.
• Ability to build local client relationships and provide tax planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support using TurboTax tools.

Skills

EA/CPA/Attorneys license

PTIN active

Tax preparation experience

Bilingual English/Spanish (plus)

Education

Active tax professional license or credential
