Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, Tax advice, calculations, and software support, while building local client relationships in the community. You will grow TurboTax’s client base, participate in local marketing, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses/certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 provisions.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, including weekends.
• Willingness to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and engage local marketing to grow the client base.
