Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, acting as a trusted advisor and building a local client base.

You’ll work on-site, represent the brand in the community, and may engage in local marketing with TurboTax resources, while supporting customers through complexities of tax law and software tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes and ability to obtain state licenses or certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and working onsite 20 hours per week.
• bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong tax advisory capability.
• Comfortable in front-facing retail environment and wearing TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct tax reviews to reveal deductions, plan future taxes, and maximize refunds.
• Build local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain professional demeanor.
• Interact with customers in person and via Intuit tools to support services.
