Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will assist customers with full‑service tax return preparation, advice, and software support, representing the brand as a trusted advisor in the local community. You’ll grow the client base, leverage marketing support, and build long‑term relationships while delivering personalized tax solutions in everyday language.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States and be willing to work onsite.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal/state 1040) with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location, weekends and extended hours as needed.
• Willingness to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front‑facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and grow the client base within the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds and provide future tax planning advice.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and a focus on helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with customers in‑person and via Intuit marketing and tech tools to build lasting relationships.
