Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, serving as a trusted advisor and helping grow the local client base through community engagement and in-person interactions. You will join a collaborative team of financial experts, promoting accessible tax guidance and driving customer loyalty while following Intuit’s

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail location 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must work in a front-facing retail environment.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
