Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation, handling personal and business tax scenarios with friendly, local service. You will also help grow the client base in your community through proactive outreach and collaboration with TurboTax marketing resources, delivering clear guidance and strong customer relationships in a front-facing

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite in TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize tax outcomes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools, explained in plain language.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
