Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local relationships and growing the customer base. As a trusted advisor, you will connect with customers to navigate complex tax situations, offer personalized planning tips, and represent TurboTax with professionalism in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney licenses with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite TurboTax retail work.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, including deductions and amendments.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by professional, empathetic service and clear guidance.
