Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States, helping customers with tax return preparation, advice, and software support. This role emphasizes community engagement and a strong customer-first approach.

You will grow the TurboTax client base, deliver personalized tax guidance, and collaborate with a team to provide accurate solutions while representing the brand professionally in a front‑facing retail setting.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Aufgaben

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to make taxes accessible.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Utilize government sites, professional tools, and team expertise for accurate tax solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools, addressing inquiries and challenges.
