Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation and advisory services, serving in-person customers and growing the local client base with support from TurboTax marketing and tools. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize refunds, plan for the future, and navigate tax laws.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert per company policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex returns.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine care for clients’ financial goals.
