Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, helping customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support. You will engage the community, grow the client base, and deliver personalized tax solutions in everyday language.

The role emphasizes in-person service, front-facing retail duties, and building enduring client relationships while supporting Intuit’s mission of prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
