Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your tax knowledge to drive positive financial outcomes. You will also play a key role in growing TurboTax’s client base within the local community, attracting new clients, and building long-term relationships with customers through marketing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships in a retail setting.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools, addressing tax-related inquiries and challenges.
