Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team in on-site locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise, customer service, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will serve clients in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship sites, performing full-service tax return preparation and tax advice with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, including weekends.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individual and business clients.
• Provide tax advice and planning in plain language.
• Build and maintain relationships with local clients and community partners.
