Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a new location across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

You’ll work on-site, providing full‑service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with broader Intuit teams to deliver end-to-end services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
