Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide on-site and virtual tax assistance, focusing on full-service return preparation and personalized guidance. You'll collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end support, while building local relationships and driving client growth within your community.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Experience with personal and business tax scenarios and deductions optimization.
• Willing to work onsite full-time, 20+ hours/week, during tax season.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with tax advisory teams to address client needs end-to-end.

Conhecimentos

Bilingual English/Spanish

Strong communication skills

Customer service mindset

Formação académica

Enrolled Agent (EA) / CPA / Attorney

Active PTIN for filing taxes
