Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for clients at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services, while growing the local client base. You’ll engage with clients in person, online, and through Intuit tools, wearing company uniforms and upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with pro software.
• Upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00, >=20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships and deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience.
• Support clients in person and via Intuit tools and resources.
