Job summary

Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site, delivering hands-on tax preparation and personalized advisory services to individuals and business clients. You will collaborate with tax professionals across the Intuit ecosystem and grow a local client base while providing exceptional support in person and virtually.

You will represent Intuit with a customer-first mindset, participate in local events, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• On-site at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week; hours may vary seasonally.
• Willing to complete required training and adhere to policies.
• Wear Intuit uniforms; may be used for advertising purposes.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow client base.
• Introduce clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure a top-tier experience.
• Deliver professional service with clear, personalized tax guidance.
