Intuit Inc. is actively seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services. You will grow the local client base, act as a community ambassador, and drive long‑term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax location 20+ hours per week and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services across Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and ongoing support.
