Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to operate onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while connecting clients with a broader team for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will build local relationships, attend events, and drive customer loyalty in a dynamic, community-focused role. Expect a hands-on, end-to-end client experience with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional tax prep software; Cir cu lar 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising with your name.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear communication.
