Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide tax advice and prepare returns, and you will grow the local client base by engaging with the community and leveraging Intuit’s resources. You’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring clients leave with clear next steps and year‑round support from Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 federal and state returns (30+ per season).
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, from straightforward to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with full Intuit services—bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and guide clients to optimal tax outcomes.
