Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while working closely with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging with local communities and referrals.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
