Qualifications

• Active professional credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required for filing taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, plan taxes, and offer tailored tax planning guidance.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
