Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location serving in-person and virtual clients.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You’ll also grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community through workshops and events, and help

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, mainly 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, grassroots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
