MasTec Renewables seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support utility-scale wind projects across the U.S. This role is onsite with heavy travel, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering and at least five years in Solar/EPC construction, with strong MS Office and safety focus. Per diem and vehicle allowance accompany the rotation program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• Minimum of five years of Solar or EPC construction industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering studies and change order requests.
• Track job costs and predict monthly revenue streams.
• Manage QA/QC on projects and review subcontractor payments.
