Job summary

athenahealth is seeking an Onsite Training Associate to join the Onsite Training team within the Customer Success division. You will become an expert in athenaNet and provide best-in-class onsite support during client go-lives and implementation periods.

You will train and coach clients onsite and remotely, build strong relationships, and adapt to frequent travel. A professional presence and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in training and assessing needs; creating materials and measuring results.
• Working knowledge of revenue cycle or exposure to EHR/EMR in care settings.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate go-live experience at assigned locations as the go-to expert for athenaNet.
• Provide in-office and remote training delivery and coaching.
• Deliver onsite and virtual classroom trainings and ad hoc one-on-one sessions.
• Support end-user training and share best practices across product families.
• Coordinate travel and scheduling to meet project goals and timelines.
• Adapt to rapid changes and manage client schedules in a fast-paced environment.
